We make the following assurances of privacy for visitors to our Web site:
The Sutter North Medical Foundation (SNMF) Web site is designed to provide useful health information about our organization and to connect users with physicians, facilities, services and employment opportunities at SNMF.
Our Web site does not contain any advertising for products by third parties, nor do we share any of your information with other parties except as authorized by law.
We keep track of visits to our Web site via an automatic monitoring program that tells us, among other things, how many visits are made to the site; the time of day and date of those visits; and the areas visited. Liability of Multum to the END-USERS
Under no circumstances shall Multum be liable to the END-USER or any other person for any direct, indirect, exemplary, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the END-USER's use of or inability to use the Service or the content of the Service provided thereon or any equipment furnished in connection therewith. Multum's total liabilities in connection with this Agreement, whether arising under contract or otherwise, are limited to the fees received by Multum under this Agreement specifically relating to the END-USER's service or product which is the subject of the claim.
