How do you honor someone who has touched your life? There are many occasions throughout the year when you want to honor a loved one, a close friend, or another person who has affected your life in some special way, but it seems that desire is greatest around the holidays. In keeping with the holiday spirit, we are once again offering Sutter North’s Gifts of Love program.

A Gifts of Love Tribute made to Sutter North Medical Foundation, is a meaningful way to honor or remember someone special because it will also make a direct and significant impact by funding a program that reaches out to all of our community. Every gift we receive supports Sutter North Hospice.

Comfort and Compassion

Every day, Sutter North Hospice cares for 40-50 individuals who are having their wishes honored by living their last days in the comfort of their own home. This quality, compassionate care is only made possible through the generosity of the community. Without your support, everything we do – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year throughout the Yuba-Sutter area – would merely be wishful thinking.

Our mission is to ensure that everyone who comes to hospice for help will receive it. We also want to be sure that patients always have someone who cares close by to ease their suffering, are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve, and receive the help they need to find peace and resolution.

How You Can Help

Through Gifts of Love you can make a donation in living tribute or in memory of a loved one. In recognition of that “exceptional someone,” an ornament will be hung on our “Tree of Love” for the holidays. After the holidays, you can pick up the ornament to cherish as a keepsake for years to come.
Make this year a holiday to remember; honor someone special through the Gifts of Love program while at the same time offering joy and peace to the patients and the families we serve through hospice. Together we can be there when we’re needed most.
